Refund Policy

Voodoo Marketing SL intends to refund any erroneous transactions. In case of a project not being completed for whatever reason and subject to agreement between Voodoo Marketing SL and its Customer a refund for uncompleted work may be issued. You must contact Voodoo Marketing SL within 30 days from the purchase date to attempt to remedy the situation before a refund can be issued.

Hours booked on monthly marketing plans do not roll over to subsequent months. No refunds are provided for unused hours. There are absolutely no refunds for any fees related to website hosting and maintenance services. Refund do not apply for domain registration fees, marketing services paid in advance, any delays outside of our control. Refund do not apply once website is completed.
